Acupuncture or Massage treatments are an hour in length and I often combine both modalities upon request when the client has tight muscles in addition to symptoms that would be addressed more effectively with acupuncture.
Acupuncture Treatment consists of Face Diagnosis, Pulse Diagnosis, Look at the Tongue and Interview for Symptoms to arrive at an individualized acupuncture treatment.
Herbal Formulas will be recommended when appropriate.
Other Therapies that may be used in your session are Qi Gong, Moxa, Cupping, Tui Na, Acupressure, Auriculotherapy and Dietary and Lifestyle recommendations.
Noticeable results can be achieved in the first treatment. Chronic conditions generally can be changed in 4-6 treatments.
